Useing Runes!!!! - Guild Wars Forums

Ok i know that each item on Guild wars can have two different mods in them. But.....I put a rune of minor vigor in my armor and when i found better armor i used and expert kit on it to get it back...i only got 3 bolts of raw cloth!! Do u not get your runes back? or is simply a run of luck?

You only have a chance of getting the rune back if you use an expert salvage kit.

so it does not matter if its a minor, major or a super its the same chance?
